I/We understand that this notice must be received no later than the 1st day of a rental period. Any notice received between the 2nd and 31st days of a month will go into effect the 1st day of the following month. I/We also understand that this notice in no way constitutes the termination of our obligation to pay rent and other assoicated fees in accordance with our lease with Lexington Management. I/We will receive a letter via email that will disclose our obligations disclosed in our lease agreement with Lexington Management LLC.
