Lexington Management is hiring. We are looking for an Onsite Key Holder for the Harbor Winds and Harbor Ridge properties.  This role is part-time with about 20-30 hours of work per month.  Below please find a brief description of the job duties associated with the role:

General Duties

  • Post 12-hour notices pertaining to showings, testing fire alarms, etc. as instructed by the Quadrant Staff
  • Post warnings, 5-day notices, etc. as instructed by the Quadrant Staff

Leasing Duties

  • Check property mailbox on brochure level and ensure it is clean weekly
  • Show units to prospective renters as scheduled by the leasing staff
  • Perform move in’s with new residents as scheduled by Leasing Staff
  • Update Leasing Staff weekly on hours available for showings and move in’s
  • Prepare vacant unit’s for move in by performing the final fluff and buff and ensure everything is in working order

Operations Duties

  • Assist with maintaining the exterior grounds (pick up trash, cigarette butts, clean corral area)
  • Check all exterior lights and update the Operations Specialist of any issues
  • Inspect the exterior and interior of the buildings and notify the Operations Specialist of any findings
  • Report any damage, staining, burnt out light bulbs, etc. found during interior site walks of hallways performed monthly
  • Assist with performing monthly fire alarm testing
  • Assist with vendor entry into buildings and units as instructed by the Operations Specialist
  • Assist with small maintenance issues after hours or resident lock outs during business hours

Resident Duties

  • Check for obvious signs of lease violations. Properly notify Resident Specialist of such findings
  • Check message boards. Nothing should be on the boards unless management puts it there
  • Assist with cleaning of units at the end of the month

Thing you need:

  • Live at Harbor Winds or Harbor Ridge
  • A daily phone number & e-mail for communication
  • A smart phone, printer and a devise that allows printing from
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A sharp, professional appearance
  • Must be able to walk the property which includes climbing stairs
  • Able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, reach, carry supplies and stand for extended periods of time
