Lexington Management, LLC is property management company with a portfolio of 29 apartment communities across Wisconsin with over 2600 + units…and we’re still growing!

We’re hiring a Leasing Concierge for our property management division in Green Bay, WI.  Lexington Management is a full-service rental management company, and the Leasing Concierge is an important aspect of our business.  When prospective renters call us, the Leasing Concierge answers the phone, makes connections, answers questions, solves problems and gets people on their way to their new home!

Things you would be responsible for:

• Answer prospective renter email and phone inquiries
• Schedule appointments to show properties
• Follow up with potential renters to take them from start to finish in the leasing process
• Comply with WI Fair Housing and Lease laws
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Assist with market evaluations projects
• Assist site managers as needed
• Be part of Leasing Center weekly on call rotation (includes a few hours on a weekend)
• Perform annual unit inspections as part of a team

Thing you need:

• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver’s License
• Pass a drug test and criminal background check
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including some weekends
• Knowledge of Rent Manager is preferred but not necessary
• A sharp, professional appearance
• Must be able to walk the property which includes climbing stairs
• Be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, reach, carry supplies and stand for extended periods of time

• For this role: Gross pay range between $29,000 – $32,000 starting out, depending on experience
